Day 1–2: Arrival & Tokyo Scramble Arrive in Tokyo with an airport train transfer. On Day 2, explore Hamarikyu Gardens for cherry blossoms, visit Meiji Shrine, tackle the iconic Shibuya Crossing, and connect over a group welcome dinner.

Day 3–5: Historic Castles & Mountain Villages Travel by private coach to Matsumoto to climb its famous medieval black-and-white castle before staying in a traditional ryokan. Continue past Daio Wasabi Farm to Takayama (Days 4–5) to tour the Hida Folk Village, experience a traditional tea ceremony, wander the old merchants' quarter, and unwind in local hot springs.

Day 6–7: Samurai Heritage & Ancient Kyoto Head to Kanazawa to view old samurai residences and walk through Kenroku-en Garden, a premier cherry blossom viewing spot. On Day 7, travel by train to Kyoto to see the gold-leaf statues of Sanjusagen-do and walk the vivid torii gate pathways of Fushimi Inari Shrine.

Day 8–9: Hiroshima Day Trip & Geisha Dances Ride a high-speed Shinkansen bullet train to Hiroshima to visit the moving Peace Park, Museum, and A-Bomb Dome. Day 9 focuses on Kyoto's crown jewels: Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), Nijo Castle, a walking tour of the Gion district, and tickets to the exclusive Miyako Odori spring geisha dances.

Day 10–13: Mt Fuji, Hakone Cruise & Departure Forward your main luggage and take a bullet train to Fuji-Hakone National Park (Days 10–11). Enjoy hot springs and use a local transit pass for a Lake Ashi cruise, cable cars, and views of Mt Fuji. Return to Tokyo on Day 12 to explore the historic Sensoji Temple in Asakusa before an unescorted train transfer back to the airport on Day 13.
