Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo – Transfer from the airport to your hotel via shared shuttle bus with the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2: Tokyo Sightseeing – Experience a 7-hour guided tour featuring Zojoji Temple (views of Tokyo Tower), Shibuya Crossing, Meiji Shrine, Tokyo Skytree (Tembo Deck), and Asakusa's Sensoji Temple. End the day with a guided evening subway trip to Shinjuku for a group welcome dinner.
Day 3: Tokyo to Mount Fuji & Kawaguchiko – Travel to the Mt. Fuji region to visit Arakurayama Sengen Park, Fuji Sengen Shrine, and enjoy a scenic boat cruise on Lake Kawaguchiko. Drive up to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station (weather permitting) before checking into a traditional ryokan for an onsen bath and dinner.
Day 4: Kawaguchiko to Kyoto via Toyota – Tour the thatched-roof open-air museum of Iyashi no Sato Nenba and the beautiful Shiraito Falls. Head to Nagoya to visit the Toyota Museum before arriving in Kyoto for the night.
Day 5: Full Day in Kyoto – Explore Arashiyama's Togetsukyo Bridge and mystical Bamboo Forest, Tenryuji Zen Temple, Fushimi Inari Shrine, the Imperial Palace, and Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion). Conclude with free time to stroll through the historic Gion geisha district.
Day 6: Kyoto to Osaka via Nara – Travel to Nara to see the Giant Buddha at Todaiji Temple, feed the park's free-roaming deer, and visit Horyu-ji Temple (one of the world's oldest wooden structures). Arrive in Osaka for an evening walk through the vibrant Dotonbori nightlife district; lunch is included.
Day 7: Osaka Departure – Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before your essential Japan tour concludes.
